This place was modern and the staff was accommodating. We found out reasonable prices in the hotel.

Disappointing aspect was disgusting bathroom.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The location was absolutely prime, putting us in the heart of the old city with plenty of restaurants and 24/7 small groceries shops nearby. The rooftop teras was a jaw-dropping spot for a delicious Turkish breakfast and the perfect way to start our day. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and electric kettle. We also appreciated the convenience of services like free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. The hotel owner was an amazing host, providing great recommendations and being highly attentive to our needs. our experience was mind-blowing and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an extraordinary stay.

The double room overlooks garden and includes a microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges. The clean bathroom is absolutely the best. It has super location in Istanbul next to blue mosque and the square and main attractions.

For the price we paid, we got a great value and the room was comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood near historical attractions and the sea. The staff at Galaxy Hotel Sultanahmet treated us with warmth and ensured our stay was enjoyable.

Food for breakfast could have been more varied and diverse.

Came here for 1 day, the hotel was modern and nice, it had favourable location just next door to the surrounding area and sea side and on other side blue mosque, hagia sofia mosque, Topkapi palace, basilica cistern, Tram station at a close distance. The staff was good, kind, and everything was great. There were a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge in the fairly quiet and comfy room.

Centrally Located: The hotel is amazingly situated in the heart of Istanbul, making it convenient to explore popular points of interest like Topkapi Palace and the Spice Bazaar.

Cleanliness: The bathroom and room were not up to my cleanliness standards, and the tables in the dining area were not adequately maintained.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city. We had plenty of 24/7 small grocery shops and restaurants to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated all our requests. The rates were great for the size and condition of the room.

The room temperature wasn't ideal during our stay, especially considering the cold weather in Istanbul. The facilities in the room, like the heater and bathing water, didn't provide enough warmth.

It made my trip to Istanbul a quite comfortable experience. I liked this absolutely great place, stayed there for 8 nights...
